At armasuisse, the Federal Office of Defence Procurement, he has been responsible for projects in the combat aircraft sector since 2009 and, as project manager, was responsible, among other things, for the service life extension of the Swiss F/A-18 and for the evaluation and procurement of new combat aircraft for the Swiss Armed Forces.

Since 2023, he has been head of the Programme Management Procurement department. His area of responsibility includes procurement projects for all aviation systems and ground-based air defence systems of the Swiss Armed Forces.

He is IPMA Level B certified.
