He has professional experience in the machinery, microtechnology, energy and heavy industry sectors. During his career, he has worked as an R&D engineer and as a manager of projects, programmes and portfolios. His transnational project experience spans the continents of Europe, North America and Asia. He has also served as a member of executive boards.

He holds an IPMA Level B certificate in project and portfolio management and has been an assessor since 2023.
