He has been working as a programme and senior project manager for several years in large private companies and companies close to the federal government. He is passionate about infrastructure and plant construction in the energy and railway sectors due to the high interface complexity. Managing multidisciplinary projects is his passion and gives him the necessary energy in his daily work. He holds various university degrees in industrial engineering, project management and electrical engineering.

He has been IPMA Level B certified since 2020 and has been an assessor since 2023.
