He began his career in the railway sector, more specifically in the development and commissioning of on-board IT equipment. Then he worked as a specialist domain manager at armasuisse, responsible for a portfolio of projects whose main client was the Swiss Army. He returned to the private sector to acquire skills in software development and IT infrastructure implementation. He is currently employed by Agroscope as deputy IT manager.
